We do NOT accept returns. However we do offer a 30-day moneyback guarantee on all our items. To be eligible, you must contact us explaining the reason why you are unsatisfied within 30 days of when the item was shipped.
We do NOT offer 30-day moneyback guarantees on bulk items (any purchase of 3 or more bottles).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive the incorrect item for whatever reason, you must provide proof that you received the incorrect item and we will ship you the correct item you originally ordered. (Do NOT ship back the incorrect item, we will not accept it)
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
